PAPER FOR PRINTING WET TATTOOS

– Cellulose with water-soluble varnish.

– Available in bobbins and in sheets.

– For printing with ROTOGRAVURE, FLEXOGRAPHY AND OFFSET.

PAPER FOR PRINTING DRY TATTOOS

– Available in bobbins and in sheets.
– Paper with treatment for printing transfers.
– For ROTOGRAVURE, FLEXOGRAPHY AND OFFSET.

SILICONE SUPPORTS

– Our silicone supports are especially formulated for the manufacture of temporary tattoos. They are compatible with wet tattoos and with dry transfer tattoos. These supports are available in all the necessary weights and can delivered in both bobbins and in formats.

– Silicone transparent films also available (PET/OPP).

DOUBLE SILICONE COATING WITH ADHESIVE

– Paper with adhesive to manufacture tattoos easily.

DOUBLE LAYER FOR PUNCHING

– For manufacture of tattoos/stickers with double support that have to be punched.

The support layer is a 36-micron OPP that provides the bobbin with great strength.

RELEASE VARNISH

– This varnish can be used in two ways: already applied on our papers or not applied (to apply on line during printing).

– To make sure that the tattoos work correctly, the inks have to be printed on the varnish.

ADHESIVE

– We have an ideal adhesive especially designed for the manufacture of tattoos.

– This water-based acrylic adhesive is applied on the printing and is covered once dry with the silicone coated papers.

WET VARNISH

– This is the key component for the manufacture of water-transfer tattoos.

– It can be served in packages for the client to apply it directly onto its materials.
